International Shipping 🌍
- 🕒 Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days.
- 🌐 Customs & Duties: Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply based on your location. These are the responsibility of the customer.
- 💌 Tracking: International orders come with tracking so you can keep an eye on your goodies, no matter how far they travel!
Returns & Exchanges 🔄
We want you and your pets to be completely happy with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:
- 🛍️ Easy Returns: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items.
- 📦 Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- 🔄 Exchanges: Love it but need a different size or color? No problem! Reach out, and we’ll get you sorted.
- 🚫 Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on perishable goods, custom items, or gift cards.
How to Start a Return 📝

- We’ll send you a return label and further instructions.
- Pack your item securely, attach the return label, and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
