International Shipping 🌍

  • 🕒 Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days.
  • 🌐 Customs & Duties: Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply based on your location. These are the responsibility of the customer.
  • 💌 Tracking: International orders come with tracking so you can keep an eye on your goodies, no matter how far they travel!

Returns & Exchanges 🔄

We want you and your pets to be completely happy with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

  • 🛍️ Easy Returns: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items.
  • 📦 Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • 🔄 Exchanges: Love it but need a different size or color? No problem! Reach out, and we’ll get you sorted.
  • 🚫 Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on perishable goods, custom items, or gift cards.

How to Start a Return 📝
